The Jack Cassidy Distinguished Service Award
This award recognizes individuals who support literacy education in the state of Texas and is presented to any teacher-- public, elementary, secondary, or university level-- who has demonstrated exemplary service in this field.
TALE Outstanding Literacy Program Award
The TALE Outstanding Literacy Program Award recognizes outstanding literacy and language arts programs at all grade levels (elementary, middle, and high school). Its purpose is to call the public’s attention to outstanding programs in schools throughout Texas.
TALE’s Texas Education Leadership in Literacy Award
This award was established in 2016 by TALE’s Advocacy Development Committee. The purpose of this award is to recognize the efforts of a leader in Texas who promotes literacy for all students.
