Design Team

Sara Montes 

Sara Montes is a student at the University of the Incarnate Word.  Recently retired from the United States Air Force as the Superintendent, Group Personnel Section.  While on active duty, Sara served in the Personnel field, stateside and overseas, from base level to higher Headquarters.  Sara also served as a Professional Military Education Instructor in Incirlik, Turkey.  She earned with honors a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Education in Human Resources from Wayland Baptist University.  She currently serves as Chair for the Joint Base San Antonio – Randolph Catholic Pastoral Council.  She was a former soccer coach for the Soccer Association for Youth of San Antonio, where she coached for three years.
